Where We Ship From
All orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona via our fulfillment partner. We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
Carrier & Transit Time
Orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days from the date your order is fulfilled. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Fulfillment typically occurs within 3–4 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order at checkout:

No free shipping is offered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Heavy & Multi-Parcel Items
Some heavy items may ship in multiple packages. All packages in a multi-parcel shipment are included under a single order and tracking information will be provided for each box. Delivery of all packages may not occur on the same day.
Oversized items that cannot ship UPS Ground (such as the Audio Roof, Long Travel Kits, and Long Travel Control Arms) ship via freight at a flat rate shown at checkout. Freight shipments are delivered to the contiguous United States only.
Extra-long UPS items (such as the 84" nerf rail set) ship at a flat oversize rate shown at checkout.
Shipping Damage
Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or contents, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing returns@wholesaleutvparts.com with photos of the damage and packaging. Damage claims reported after 48 hours cannot be honored.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS/FedEx directly to file a claim for packages marked delivered but not received.
Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unopened UPS-shipped parts may be returned within 14 days with prior approval; freight items are final sale. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
